CHANGES AND GUARANTEES

EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICIES

You have a maximum period of 30 days to make exchanges and 45 days to manage guarantees.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES

– The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered: unused, in perfect condition and with all labels.
– For warranty processes, the garments must be clean at the time of being sent.
– Shipping costs for returns will be assumed by the customer.
– In case the guarantee is accepted, Rad Kiddo will assume the shipping costs.
– Once you receive the instructions for the return, you will have a maximum of 2 business days to make the shipment. If you choose collection, the time will depend on the location: between 1 and 2 business days in main cities and between 2 and 4 business days in other destinations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

– The colors and shades of the garments may vary due to external factors such as lighting, screens or washing processes.
– Some of our garments go through manual washing processes, which can generate slight variations in tones even within the same reference.
– Products on promotion because they are second or samples are not subject to changes, returns or guarantees, since they are final sales.

CASES IN WHICH EXCHANGES OR WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY

– If the garment shows signs of use, stains, strange odors or inappropriate wear.
– Damage caused by normal wear and tear or by exceeding the expected useful life of the product.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Proper care of your garments will extend their useful life and maintain their quality for longer.
