At Rad Kiddo we ship to most of the Colombian territory. We work with allied transport companies and we are governed by their times, policies and conditions.

DELIVERY TIMES

– For Bogotá and Medellín: estimated delivery in 4 business days.
– For other main cities: delivery in approximately 5 business days.
– For more distant destinations: up to 13 business days.
– Shipping time is calculated from payment confirmation. If payment is made by credit card or through PSE, payment platforms such as MercadoPago and PayU must approve the transaction, which can take up to one business day.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payments by credit card, debit card, Nequi and Daviplata through our Mercado Pago payment gateway.
